DM 10-TP

The DM 10-TP belongs to the family of multi-channel online engine monitoring and performance analyzing systems. It is designed for permanent installation in harsh and rugged machine room environment. The system is controlled by an ergonomic touch panel and runs with the DocSoft analysis software.

The entire system collects data simultaneously under all load conditions and continuously from desired signal sources like cylinder and fuel pressure, new in correlation with Shaft power, scavenge pressure, crank angle movements, etc. The System provides accurate real-time data for engine analysis and diagnostics. Further the system can easily be configured as VIT control system in a closed loop enviornement.

The DM-TP 10 is part of a new overall solution concept called "e-line“, which also integrates a new cloud solution called “EDCenter” who diagnoses and analyzes the engines in a fleet overview. This solution automates a huge workflow between ship and operator as engine data can be accessed at any time will keep track of the history and predict what will happen with the engine condition in the future. Remote monitoring

The DM 10-TP is allowing to analyze online running engines across the standard ethernet network. The measurements can be streamed in real-time from engine rooms to control rooms and forwarded to onshore land offices. It enables further evaluation
of the measured data by engine experts and provides a structured way for managing the valuable data from your engines.

24/7 functioning and automatic data logging For the fixed installations the DocSoft software provides non-stop uninterrupted engine monitoring and it can be configured to include automatic periodic data logging in constant intervals. The data logger works in the background simultaneously with other device usage. One of the primary benefits of using the DocSoft data logger is the ability to automatically collect data on a 24-hour basis. This allows a comprehensive, accurate picture of the engine conditions. Simplified work on board The system gives you the flexibility to react immediately if changes need to be done. The data shown in the control room will also be displayed in the engine room. Therefore, the system can be configured as alarm system.

Improved usability and online expert access   The new and intuitive touchpad user interface supports the new way of measurement which makes it user friendly and easy to use. The system is flexible and can integrate different sensors specifically tailored to your needs. As a system of our e-line family, the unit can be accessed from outside for any future support or upgrade (reducing service time).  With the connection to the EDCenter, it’s easy to give external experts temporary online access to the system in order to view the data. This reduces travel time and service cost.
