DocHub 932 e-line                 

The DocHub e-932 is a new portable multi channel online data acquisition device which is controlled wirelessly by an ergonomic tablet PC. The system runs with the powerful DocSoft e-3 analysis software. The technology allows a wireless connection to the control room workstation.
The DocHub e-932 is part of a new overall solution concept called "e-line“. This solution automates the huge workflow between ship and operator. Engine data can be accessed at any time in order to keep track of the history and predict what will happen with the engine condition in the future. (see also EDCenter)

Simplified work on board

By catching the wave of the new area of tablet PC’s, the DocHub simplifies the engine monitoring work for the engineers on board.

The DocHub streams the online data wirelessly in real-time to the tablet which is free of any cable connection. This makes it much easier to operate with the system in order to adjust the engine.

The new flexibility to walk around the engine gives you the freedom to online observe the changes during cylinder adjustments. At the same time you see the reaction of all other cylinders of the entire engine balance.

The portable system gives you the flexibility to react immediately if changes need to be done.

 

Improved usability The new and intuitive touchpad user interface supports the new way of measurement and makes it user friendly. The system has a modern and robust design for harsh environments in engine rooms. The system is flexible and can integrate different sensors specifically tailored to your needs. As new system of our e-line family, the unit can be accessed from outside for any future support or upgrade (reducing service time).

Integrated engine condition report / Expert access The equipment integrates various official engine condition reports of Wärtsilä or MAN. Customer specific engine reports can be integrated to be produced automatically by the system. With the connection to the Internet, the Engine Diagnostic Center can be accessed by external experts and the measurements can be evaluated for the automatic performance analysis.
